Annette Golden
Annette Golden is the Director of Operations & Client Services at Marathon Financial Group, Inc. She handles all firm compliance, anti-money laundering, business continuity policies, procedures and documentation; she also has experience in private placement securities and other securities products.
Before joining Marathon, Annette was a senior team member at Resource Trading & Brokerage, which launched a proprietary online futures trading platform and state-of-the-art website, TradeInside.net. While there, she developed all Call Center training materials and marketing materials, coordinated media events and trade shows, maintained the website and managed customer service, resolving client conflicts.
Annette’s experience as a Management Professional extends to compliance, operations, business development, marketing, and startups in the financial and medical industries. She held the position of Practice Manager at Chicago Consulting Physicians from 1994 to 2003. Her accomplishments there include effectuating the startup of their immediate care facility from concept to opening day; recruiting, training and managing all support employees for up to 60 physicians; establishing an internship program; and handling both vendor negotiations and regulatory issues.
CPR-certified, fluent in Spanish, and trained in martial arts and Navy Seals Fitness Training, Annette also has an active limited license in Radiography. She has successfully completed audits by the National Futures Association (NFA), National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPAA) and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
Annette attended the University of Illinois Chicago and DePaul University College of Commerce, and is a registered Representative NASD - Series 7 and Series 63 Examinations.
